He went to great lengths to explain the workings of the wireless alarm system which was installed. My queries were answered in non-technical language which was easy to understand. Although Hillis Security does not install physical security protection such as metal security doors he was able to provide good advice regarding this additional security. The installation took about four hours. It was professional, efficient and clean. I am obviously impressed with this local company. I chose a local company as they are more readily available for any problems and an annual maintenance inspection if required..."

"...I was impressed with the service given by this small local company. I rang in the morning as a new customer with a fault with my old alarm system and was given an appointment for the evening of the very same day. The director of the company (Vince Hillis) arrived on-time to check-out the system. He confirmed that the old control panel was faulty and not repairable. Following a detailed survey of the house, Vince quoted for a replacement control panel or, alternatively, a new wireless system (as we requested he quote for this). He was very knowledgeable and patient and explained our options, encouraging questions. We opted for a new wireless system to replace our old, obsolete wired one, as this was the most cost-effective choice. Once the price and specification had been agreed, the installation engineers arrived on-time and did an excellent job, as per specification. There was a small misunderstanding and this was addressed and put right quickly and professionally. Everybody at the company is very friendly, knowledgeable and customer focused and I would not hesitate to recommend them."
